The head honcho MD of Kalyani Technoforge group. His youthful appearance will defy his age and experience. He has an awe-inspiring presence and clearly stands out from the crowd.
Having an astounding experience of 28 years in the automotive, forging, and heat treatment industry, he has always worked in key positions with quite a few companies. He has Bachelors’ Degree in Metallurgy from the Government College of Engineering of Pune, India and also holds an M.S in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick – one of the UK’s leading universities.

Having an astounding experience of 29+ years across automotive, capital goods, chemical, and textile industries, Anil has successfully led financial management, governance, risk, compliance, acquisitions, restructuring, and automation. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has worked globally in Germany for companies located in USA, South Africa, and Czech Republic, and also served as President of a renowned Chamber of Commerce. Passionate about sports, he regularly plays badminton and looks forward to contributing to the growth story of the Kalyani Group under visionary leadership.
Mr. Makarand Kotalwar

With 24+ years of rich experience in Human Resource Management in various industries, Mr. Kotalwar is a true maverick of the Kalyani Group. He is an expert in spearheading human resources, employee relations, safety & corporate social responsibility. He has been working diligently towards establishing & developing HR strategies, and processes, contributing towards the development & implementation of culture with a focus on organizational progress & development. Mr. Kotalwar is a compassionate leader who always believes in growing with his team. The favourite of the vendors and company both, Purchase heads have an important role to play in the success of the companies they work for. Certainly, when it comes to representing the company in the procurement market, Anant is the smiling and cheerful face of Kalyani Group.
Mr. Anant Pethkar is the Group Purchasing Head & Business Unit Head who forms the driving force behind all sourcing activities of the KTFL group companies. He is responsible for the entire supply chain right from the procurement of Raw Material, Capex, Opex, OutSourcing, Stores to EXIM & Logistics.
